Return or exchange an item 

Faulty devices can be returned within 7 day period and will be replaced at no cost. The replacement of faulty units with a longer warranty period will be honored.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. 

We are however unable to accept the return of any sexual wellness products, lingerie or body wear for hygienic purposes. Such items are non refundable and non exchangeable.

The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
